Make people 'love' (not 'like') your product

Some users might like more features, others might want it really simple and then there is the third group who might want it dirt cheap. So, the question is who do you satisfy and how do you get them to love your product?

The truth is that just like in life you cannot make everyone happy. You have to choose who matters to you (yeah, I know that every customer is important) in the long run. If your product is for the techies, then build for them. Make them happy and fanatical about your brand. It is better to have 10 people love your product than have 50 people just like your product.

Think about if you want to an Apple or a Microsoft?

Not at all. I was hinting at the very strong brand Apple has created for themselves.
