Spring cleaning access to your social networks

My friend Manish sent me these links a couple of days after the LinkedIn hack. I went through the list of applications that access my LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter accounts and surprised that there were so many apps (since 2008 that I don’t use anymore) that I had given permission to access these social networks. Since I don’t use most of these apps I went ahead and revoked their access to my accounts e.g. I used to use Hootsuite as my Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn client but not anymore. It really has no reason to still access my accounts.
